I never had a puppy. We had dogs but we seemed to be waystations in the dogs longer journeys than long term &quot;owners&quot;. This 4th of July I got my first puppy. I&#39;m 37 years old and I know now I was waiting for this puppy. Smoke is 3/4 maltese,1/4 shih tzu. Being the runt he&#39;s just a little guy. Now I know just how important this story is to the people it happened to. Sebastion was a hero.
